We are using a cloud base spam protection who scans all our incoming email.

Here is the way it goes.
someone try to email our user --- spam protection --- our firewall --- domino server (rejects) --- sender get a boucne back from spam protection with mailer-deamon error message.

Spam protection claims that it's our server that rejects the email.
